They were the photos of the tent in the middle of Cazorla and the white Seat 128, the ones with the Pentax, the ones with the color Kodak, we do the rest, the ones with the roads and the bales of straw in the national Rallies championships, the one with the incredulous guy on the Aspar motorbike.
And when I returned from each trip, I would relive the adventure: assembling all the stuff, untangling cables, turning on the slide projector and listening to the sound every time the photo came through. Sunday afternoons at home, the flickering light on the screen, the memories, saving the passage of time.
I already had the impulse, the meaning of looking. All this grew inside me. Years later they were my escapes and returns, I changed places and views, I wanted to be a drifter determined to conquer that same light. The veiled light that always accompanies memories.
